Jack Parsons is a music industry leader, community advocate, and creative entrepreneur whose career spans live events, artist development, community engagement, and law. As Co-Founder and CEO of Bush Music Fund, he works alongside First Nations artists from remote Australia to build sustainable careers through long-term mentorship, touring opportunities, and industry development programs.
Jack also co-founded Guts Touring, delivering live music experiences and educational workshops to regional and remote communities across Australia. Through this work, he has led artist programming, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, logistics, and event delivery, creating meaningful pathways for emerging artists and young people to engage with the music industry.
Alongside his work in music and events, Jack previously practised as a criminal lawyer and community development officer, experiences that strengthened his skills in advocacy, communication, project management, and working with diverse communities. As both an industry practitioner and active musician, Jack brings a unique perspective that connects creativity, leadership, community impact, and the realities of building a career in the contemporary music and events industries.
