Sarah Goodes is an Award-winning Australian theatre director recognized for bringing over 17 new Australian works to the mainstage. Sarah directed the acclaimed sell out production of JULIA staring Justine Clarke for Sydney Theatre Company in 2023 which has then toured to Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide with a return season to the Sydney Opera House in 2024 and will continue to tour in 2025. Her production of Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf, staring Kat Stewart, sold out at Red Stitch Theatre, transferred to The Comedy Theatre in 2024 and is a part of Sydney Theatre Companies 2025 season.
For Melbourne Theatre Company, Sarah’s work includes the sellout productions of Sunday at Melbourne Theatre Company which then toured to the Sydney Opera House as part of the Sydney Theatre Companies 2024 season.
