Wellbeing Support and Counsellor
Sarah Pant completed a Bachelor degree in music theatre at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) in 2002. She worked as a voice over artist in Melbourne before moving to the UK where she devised theatre for young people, created and toured theatre projects and performed as part of a cabaret duo in London. Sarah has shared her theatre and musical skills through a variety of creative workshops within corporate groups, schools and youth justice services throughout Europe and Australia.
Sarah also works as a holistic psychotherapist, facilitator and trainer. Her key areas of expertise and interest lie in group facilitation, conflict work and the creative dynamics and process of change. She has worked with groups and individuals in private practice and within organisations supporting client’s capacity to conduct healthy and skilful conversations and engage positively with challenging situations.
Sarah is an experienced holistic psychotherapist and NLP practitioner and draws from her many years of involvement in the community sector within psychosocial rehabilitation and early intervention programs. As well as teaching at Collarts, Sarah works in private practice and as a Senior Consultant at CLE Consulting. She also teaches at The Metavision Institute, offering training and seminars to psychotherapists and is a trainer of the Teachers Empowered program, a professional development program for teachers and social workers.
